  • Are peer nominated and trained to provide evidence-based emotional support to colleagues
  • Are strong communicators who are compassionate, thoughtful, trustworthy, and discreet
  • Sign a participation agreement to uphold and maintain strict confidentiality regarding delivery of support services, topics discussed, and personnel involved and refrain from taking any notes regarding case specific information
