Strategic Planning and Operations
The Strategic Planning & Operations group is responsible for the strategic project management and advancement of the POFA team. These responsibilities include reporting and benchmarking faculty productivity across all of the missions of the Academic Enterprise, oversight of capital projects and maintenance of the AE capital budget, AE space planning, AE website design, and more. The continued effort of our group is to align our goals with the strategic goals of the Academic Enterprise and UTMB as a whole.
